Sage Capital Bank offers quick and convenient notary services to witness and certify the authenticity of signatures and documents. A notary can also administer an oath of affirmation. Notary services are free for Sage Capital Bank customers. If you are not a customer, then standard notary fees may apply.

Sage Capital Bank employees may be able to provide notary services for the following:

  • Powers of Attorney
  • Affidavits
  • Deeds, mortgages, liens, leases
  • Real estate title transfers
  • Any other document requiring a witness and verification
